Dr. Shireen Khan
Dr. Khan is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist who earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University and went on to spend more than a decade practicing in both private and public health settings in Boston, MA. She served as the Dental Director at the Dimock Center—one of Boston’s leading Federally Qualified Health Centers—where she supervised care and mentored dental students from Harvard, Tufts, and Boston University. Her passion for teaching continues today as she takes time to explain procedures clearly to parents and children alike.
After years of practicing general dentistry, Dr. Khan pursued advanced training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Health San Antonio, where she also earned her Master’s in Pediatric Dentistry. Her clinical approach focuses on minimally invasive, preventive care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Driven by a vision to create a warm, elevated dental experience for families, Dr. Khan opened Marengo Pediatric Dentistry—a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice designed to feel welcoming, safe, and fun for children of all ages. As a new mother herself, she understands the importance of gentle, compassionate care and is dedicated to building lifelong positive associations with dental visits.
